Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Locations

1.1 We ship to locations within India and selected international destinations. Please refer to our shipping options at checkout for availability.

2. Processing Time

4. Order Tracking

5.1 Kurti Tales is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

6.1 Kurti Tales is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

6.2 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

1. Return Conditions

3.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

4.1 If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

5.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

5.2 Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5.3 Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Sale Items

6.1 Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges

7.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kurtitales@gmail.com and send your item to: Kurti Tales, Near Holiday Inn Hotel, Chakkaraparambu, Vennala NH bypass, Ernakulam.

8. Shipping Returns

8.1 To return your product, you should mail your product to: Kurti Tales, Near Holiday Inn Hotel, Chakkaraparambu, Vennala NH bypass, Ernakulam.

8.2 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8.3 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
