4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. 5. Exchange Policy

5.1 Eligibility for Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at kurtitales@gmail.com.

6. Shipping for Returns

6.1 Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6.2 Using Trackable Shipping If you are returning an item over ₹[X], you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
